Bryan Osorio is the Mayor of the City of Delano and a candidate for California’s State Senate District 16. As the son of immigrants, Bryan’s first-generation experience has served as motivation for his community involvement and advocacy. Bryan’s parents immigrated to California from Mexico at a young age. Bryan’s father is originally from the state of Guerrero, Mexico, and his mother is from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. They met in Orange County, California, and married shortly thereafter. Together, they raised two children: Bryan and his younger sister, Brianna. When Bryan was seven, they moved to Delano, California, to pursue a better quality of life.
